We are pleased to welcome our Fostering Manager, Sarah Richardson. Sarah joined Changing Futures Fostering in November 2019 from an independent fostering agency based in the Tees Valley.
Sarah has spent the last 4 plus years managing a busy team who support foster parents to care for children and young people and prior to this she was a Supervising Social Worker, completed fostering assessments and worked in family placements.
Sarah said to us “I am overjoyed to join Changing Futures Fostering at such an exciting time. I have been passionate about the impact fostering has on looked after children since I was a student in a fostering team many years ago and this has never left me. I look forward to seeing the agency grow & develop and working with foster parents to provide excellent placements for children & young people. I would welcome speaking with anyone who has thought about fostering or who is thinking about transferring to a different agency. We want to support our foster parents to be the best and help us shape the agency”.
