Changing Futures Fostering is seeking a Fostering Panel Chair, to join the established not-for profit agency as it moves into the next phase of its development following a highly successful 3 years making a real difference to the lives of children in care.
Working together with the Fostering Manager, you will hold the highest aspirations and ambitions for Foster Families and the care they provide.
We would be interested to hear from experienced Panel Chairs, or highly experienced fostering panel members looking for a new challenge and who have experience of chairing meetings.
You will be skilled in reading, digesting and evaluating high levels of information, that is often sensitive, and collating and giving analytical feedback with panel colleagues. You will have excellent awareness and knowledge of fostering and the legislative framework that underpins it.
You will enable Panel members to make important and critical decisions regarding the suitability of fostering families. Achieving this through ensuring the effective delivery of the Fostering Panel processes and excellent chairing skills of meetings whilst working closely with the Panel Advisor and Panel Administrator.
