Hearing from Foster Parents was extremely important to us so from early in to the planning we consulted with them to ensure we were getting the messages right.
Foster Parents are passionate about what they do and this came across clearly. They discussed support and how vital it is to be listened to and be respected by their colleagues.
As we develop we will continue to consult with foster parents and ask them to help us develop a service that meets their needs. We want to hear how things are and how we can help so consultation for us is key.
